Lutz Hangartner, member of the AEFCA ExCo, re-elected unanimously as President of BDFL.
Lutz Hangartner will remain President of BDFL, the German football coaches’ association, for another three years at least. The former manager of second-league SC Freiburg was re-elected along with all other members of the BDFL board and presidential board at the association’s annual general meeting in Wolfsburg. 71-year-old Lutz is beginning his second term of office after taking over from Horst Zingraf in 2012.
“I am pleased with the trust the members of BDFL are placing in me, and will keep working with my colleagues on the board to complete our assignments and defend the interests of BDFL over the three years to come,” the old and new President said.
Along with Lutz, First Vice-President Manfred Schaub and Treasurer Jürgen Pforr were re-elected as well.
