Horst Zingraf, former AEFCA 1st. Vice-President (2004-2013), President german BDFL (2003 – 2012) and Honorary President of BDFL, died on December 26, 2020 at the age of 81 in his home in Saarland after a long illness.
For nine years as President, Zingraf made a decisive contribution to shaping the AEFCA (former UEFT) and the BDFL and making it fit for the future.
We will always remember him and his merits. We mourn Horst Zingraf. With him, the AEFCA loses one of its greatest personalities.
He was an outstanding and widely respected colleague as well as a functionary.
Despite his impressive sporting and professional career, Horst was always a helpful person who was always available to everyone with advice and action. He leaves a huge void and his loss makes us infinitely sad.
